“Didn't get the exact car I booked and got the similar one, but apparently this is the trick all car rental doing this days ,writing little "or similar one " just next to the car you are hiring. Otherwise was good and easy.”

“Great company and good service. Vehicle was in good condition. Only issue was they couldn't provide the vehicle type we booked as apparently that class (4WD) was not permitted for a one way hire - but we were not advised of this prior to pick up. Not a major problem but would've appreciated being advised at time of booking or at least in advance.”

“Highly recommend using SNAP - from start to finish it was such an easy, hassle free process. Free shuttle service was via a simple text with a short, very short wait time. Car collection was seamless with no barriers to service delivery. Car drop off and shuttle to airport happened at the SNAP of a finger - so, so easy!...GO AHEAD AND BOOK IT...”
