“Great Car and nice service from main counter - once i got there. as soon as i landed i txt the number on the voucher and waited and waited...after thirty minutes I rang and after getting cut off once a man answered and said he would contact the depot - so after 50 minutes the shuttle arrived. The driver did not help with lifting my bags in the shuttle on the way and on the way back (same driver). I still have a block by the Company on my Credit Card!”

“Excellent & Flawless service from SNAP .....Pricing , vehicle type and model ( a 2025 Toyota Yaris HYBRID ) was perfect and proved so so economical for our 3 days hire & drop off return to ZQN airport. no issues to complain about what so ever................... will most definitely use you guys @ SNAP again on our next short visits to the South Island . “Excellent service- we arrived a few hours early and emailed the team at Snap. The courtesy shuttle arrived within 15 minutes of the call. Nothing was a problem the car was exactly as described. The drop off was super quick and the shuttle back to the airport was ready to go. Fabulous customer service!”
