“Our experience with picking up and returing the car was quick and painless compared to some of the other car rental options out there. The staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. Our vehicle was clean and tidy and exactly what we had booked as opposed to the "or similar option" fine print. When planning the drop-off allow for an extra 15-20 minutes for the shuttle transfer to the airport. Overall a pleasant and reasonably frictionless experience and would recommend Snap when booking your next rental car.”

“Pickup was fine with pre online checkin. Drop not so much, especially for a 7am return when the car didn’t have GPS, after a few wrong turns and getting lost. As it turned out we made it in the early morning traffic, thanks to a Good Samaritan. Would I rent Snap Rentals again; knowing what I know now… YES!”

“Very efficient pick up and drop off, no high pressure to take the extra insurance. Car was an older Toyota Corolla with a few dents and scratches and the USB charging point didn't work, but mechanically it was sound and drove nicely which is the main thing.”

“All the staff we encountered during our hire of the car were very friendly and efficient. There were two issues with the car: Half way through the rental a warning came up on the dash saying it was due for an “oil service “. I tried to call the office for advice as to what they wanted me to do but neither of the 2 telephone numbers provided allowed me to contact someone for advice. The second issue was that the car engine periodically got hot for no apparent reason. A warning light would flash on the dash then you could watch the temperature gauge quickly return to normal. It did not seem to relate to speed or hilly terrain, it was quite random. On returning the car the staff were not concerned about the oil issue and said they would look into the temperature variations.”

“Easy comms and while the office is a couple minutes drive from the terminal in Nelson the shuttle was there briefly after we requested pickup. Great vehicle and equally the drop off was easy and painless. The windshield needed a bit of a clean and when we mentioned that to the staff they promised they’d follow up with the cleaning crew. All in all a good time.”

“Another successful rental with Snap. Just a quick rental, with just 12 hour transit, rental picked up quickly and efficiently. Vehicle in good condition, apart from missing hub cap, this was noted in the provided photos, but it did let the look of the vehicle down. Apart from that the vehicle was clean and tidy, return was quicker than pick up. Thanks again for a good rental at reasonable rates.”
