Great Car and nice service from main counter - once i got there. as soon as i landed i txt the number on the voucher and waited and waited...after thirty minutes I rang and after getting cut off once a man answered and said he would contact the depot - so after 50 minutes the shuttle arrived. The driver did not help with lifting my bags in the shuttle on the way and on the way back (same driver). I still have a block by the Company on my Credit Card!

Wellington Airport rental is not at the Wellington Airport. Information was not clear around large bond being required at time of booking. Pick up was average customer service experience. Inability to recognise and use "preffered name". Drop off friendly and helpful. Car was comfortable and clean.

I called in wanting to hire a car, was told all I needed was visa card and driver license for the car to be released to me, upon arrival I was then told to pay $170 up front a non refundable insurance fee- caught me off guard, I was desperate at the time and paid it

I had to change the arrival time which was handled well. It meant using the after hours service. It went well. The service agent at Aeropark was efficient but not overly engaging. He did not discuss the condition of the vehicle. Unfortunately the facility at Aeropark is not well lit and I could not see the condition of the vehicle. However when I arrived at my hotel, I was able to see that there were several dents and scrapes on the vehicle body. I took photos and advised your customer service team. They were quite helpful and overall sorted it out. However this could have been avoided if the service agent had advised me of the vehicle or else a document could have been located in the vehicle explaining the damage. It was disappointing in that apart from that the pickup and drop off were handled well.

The car we where given had a bit of a foul smell somewhere in the cabin and I was unable to work out where it was coming from.
