“I bought two of these books for two brothers for Christmas. Freddie plays at number 8 and Ronnie is a goalkeeper in goal at number 1. The book for Freddie was fine, but the book for Ronnie was exactly the same, and it made no sense. The story is all about the player scoring goals for his team, and a goalkeeper rarely, if ever does that. I wouldn't expect every book to be different, but I would have thought that there would be at least three stories, one for goalkeepers, one for defensive players and one for strikers. Ronnie is only 6 but he said at once, "I don't score goals". Because of this I was disappointed with the books, even though I would have to accept that the print quality and presentation was excellent.”

“The website is very easy to use and intuitive. The only problem I had was that it wasn't delivered weeks later even though I had an email saying it had been despatched. A follow up email was answered promptly asking us to wait a little longer, but still no joy. Another follow up was answered promptly promising next day despatch, which did arrive. A small thing, but I had 3 emails timed differently all telling me that the book had been sent - I did wonder how many copies I would end up with!”

“Excellent service, had an issue with delivery but this was down to Royal Mail deliveries & not the company. This company reprinted & resent the item by tracked service & luckily it arrived just in time for grandsons present. He was made up with the book & the poster.”

“I was very impressed by the customer services. Due to Corona virus an Christmas rush my book had not turned up. Customer services did not hesitate to send me a replacement an put a tracker on it. It arrived on time very pleased. I have a birthday coming up soon an will purchase another one. Thank you.”
