“These folks get customer care right. My EasyOn cracked after a couple of years and when I ordered s new one they unexpectedly offered to replace it. When the order was mistakenly sent to the wrong address they did not hesitate to send it again to the correct address, with no additional charges.”

“The Steve Complete was a life changer for my dad! He is disabled with a fused back which doesn't allow him to bend over. When he started needing to wear compression socks, we had to make arrangements 2-3 times per week to travel to his house to help him change his socks. This aid helped my dad be able to do this himself. It is still a little challenging but with more and more practice, he is able to do it independently, which is what he wanted!
Also, I had a great expereience with customer service. The website was not allowing me to purchase (and I had thoughts that maybe it was a scam) but when I reached out to them via email, they responded right away with apologies that their website was being revamped and put the order in for me immediately. They also threw in a pair of gloves for free for any inconvience. I am so glad I found this option for my dad! Thank you!!”

No doubt males (me included) benefit from usineg the products egually. I think more male product users and demonstrators as models in the videos, etc., would increase site's effectiveness.
