However, I must admit I was quite taken aback by the tone of your message, particularly the threats and your comment that our service is “disgraceful.” We take great pride in helping our customers, and it’s disheartening to read such remarks despite our ongoing efforts to resolve this matter.
To clarify, you opted for the free postal shipping method at the time of your order. Under normal circumstances, delivery via this option typically takes around two weeks, when shipping to Australia. Unfortunately, due to the holiday season, the postal network has experienced heavy delays, which have impacted international shipments, including yours.
According to the most recent update, your package arrived at Australian customs on December 29. Right now it's waiting on Customs clearance, something entirely beyond our control. We are equally frustrated by this delay and are doing everything we can to expedite the process.
I will contact our fulfillment partner again today to seek further updates. If we do not receive a resolution soon, I will arrange to send you another Steve Stocking Aid, but now with courier, as a goodwill gesture.
However, I kindly ask that you reconsider your harsh statements and refrain from publicly criticizing our company, as this situation largely stems from factors outside our control.

She had read my comments and was upset I was not happy with their product. Tessa went out of her way to offer me multiple options to facilitate a better outcome.

“The Steve Complete was a life changer for my dad! He is disabled with a fused back which doesn't allow him to bend over. When he started needing to wear compression socks, we had to make arrangements 2-3 times per week to travel to his house to help him change his socks. This aid helped my dad be able to do this himself. It is still a little challenging but with more and more practice, he is able to do it independently, which is what he wanted!
Also, I had a great expereience with customer service. The website was not allowing me to purchase (and I had thoughts that maybe it was a scam) but when I reached out to them via email, they responded right away with apologies that their website was being revamped and put the order in for me immediately. They also threw in a pair of gloves for free for any inconvience. I am so glad I found this option for my dad! Thank you!!”
