“Never received product . Fedex shipping photo shows it being delivered to the wrong address and FedEx says that I will need to contact tge shipper to correct.”

“Just though you should know, It is VERY DIFFICULT TO READ YOUR SUNDFOODS SUPER FOODS EMAILS BECAUSE THE FONT COLOR IS WAY TOO LIGHT, AND WAY TOO TINY, SO I DON'T BOTHER READING YOUR EMAILS.”

“I can't guve a review because I never received my order. Your company said that it was delivered and left on my doorstep, but my shipment was to go to a PO Box! Please investigate and send my items. Thank you!”

“Brazil Nuts used to be great quality, whole nuts. The last two shipments were very poor quality - broken, the color was not right, but most importantly the taste. Highly recommend not order them”

“I placed an order weeks ago with an email saying it had been shipped and I've yet to receive my product. Customer service is horrible they have literally one person, that has been out of the office for weeks now, that can handle this issue. They refuse to get back to me after countless attempts to contact them.”

“I was not satisfied with my last purchase because of several problems, although it never happened before. First, I was unable to use any of my points on the newly updated website (for some reason, there was no option to use my points and I in fact found that the website seemed to delete all of my points). I wrote about this problem to the customer service but I didn't hear from them for a week or more. Then, my package delivery took about three weeks or longer. If these issues happen again in the future, I would not consider using the Sunfood...”
