“All of the products I've ordered from Sunfood's are good quality but I don't like the fact that the Country of origin is not disclosed on their website for products prior to being able to purchase. I have to take away one star for that.”

“I can rely on Sunfood to have superior offering of items and to stand behind the quality of their products. I was disappointed to see their referral program go away but their customer service has been responsive with providing explanations and further insight on this. Our favorite product through Sunfood are the cashews because they're always creamy and tasty.”

“For some reason (never got it explained), my orders get stuck in the payment page so I have to call in my order instead. If this occurs during a special promotion and the deadline is on a weekend I can't even call in my order because the "office" is closed. Then I have to explain that I tried to place the order during the special offer time. It is a nuisance, but it does get straightened out and they honor my order date during the special offer time. The products are always great and I have been a loyal customer for many many years. Robyn”

“I've been purchasing supplements (i.e. beet powder, matcha powder, turmeric powder, camu camu powder, etc.) from Sunfood for the past two years. The online shopping experience is great, fast delivery, easy checkout. The only issue I have with Sunfood is inconsistency of the product. I've been purchasing camu camu powder for almost two years now. The color was orange until recently the color has changed to somewhat pink (to orange). I've experienced this with turmeric powder as well.”

“Overall the ease of ordering, product selection and price point were good. One of my bottles of hydrogen peroxide was leaking in the bag upon arrival, but fortunately everything was bagged nicely. Products seem good so far. I will likely order again.”

“I really like the products offered by Sunfood. I have been a customer for quite a few years. I only gave this 4 stars because I find the new website confusing to use. There have been changes in using the points earned and I could not find anywhere on the website to track an order that was said to have shipped. I had to call to find out about when to expect the order.”
