Hi! So sorry to hear your parcl has not yet arrived. Your order was placed on the evening of the 22nd, and we dispatched on the morning of the 23rd by 2nd class post as you requested. Sadly, during the week of your order there were two days of postal strikes which have severely affected the speed of normal postal mail deliveries and this is outside of our control, as I am sure you can appreciate. All strike dates have been widely flagged on news media, and we have also detailed all current and upcoming strikes on our Delivery Information page for reference - we also offer rapid courier delivery options that are not affected by strikes - these options are available at checkout too. Once the postal workers return to work they work hard to clear the parcel backlog, and we trust your order will be with you shortly. Once again, we are so sorry for your delayed parcel.
