“Paid for next day delivery and it didn’t arrive for a few days, received hay of poor quality and couldn’t actually give to my rabbits so was unfortunately wasted. Going into get some hay and I sliced my hand open on a shard of something sharp, this drew blood and because I was shocked and jolted, this was lost into the bag meaning it had to be thrown. Very upset.”

We dispatched your order as quickly as possible, though note that the order was placed several hours after the latest cut-off time for guaranteed next day delivery. “Some of the Products are not great, Rose petals had no smell, mostly powder the same with the beetroot. Did not feed to my buns, threw it out which is annoying as roses cost over £7. Will not be using again which is a shame as they have a good selection of products”

“Product is excellent & Deans Hay is the only hay my rabbits will eat. Ordered 2 large bags and delivery was quick but I was disappointed that they arrived in two separate boxes 10mins apart! I thought there had been a mistake with the quantity & was in the process of emailing customer services when there was a knock at the door & the 2nd box was delivered (same delivery company but different driver)!”
