We're sorry to hear that the bracelet ordered is too tight, the size ordered was small 7 inches. We do advise you measure your wrist before ordering to ensure items will fit. There are 4 larger sizes to choose from if you would like to order a larger size.
We are sorry to see that you have given a low rating. As we are a UK company orders that are placed outside of the UK may take longer to arrive. We do provide you with two shipping methods at checkout FedEx international priority, which arrives within 3 business days or Royal Mail international Economy which may take up to 20 working days to arrive. You chose Royal Mail international Economy and therefore your order may take the 20 working days to arrive, if you have not received it by this time please send us and email and let us know.

“Very Efficient company. Prompt delivery . I had hoped that the black engravable necklace would’ve had bigger lettering and been more obvious to read but it will do as long as somebody looks at it carefully . The printing does not stand out and definitely could have been bigger . I also have a bracelet and I think the printing stands out a bit better on the stainless steel part.
On the whole though I am satisfied and as long as paramedics / public think to look at the necklace or bracelet in emergency I should be ok”

“Good product but I was disappointed to have to pay 15€ in customs duty to get the thing released from the post office (ROI). Obviously I couldn't get a refund because of the customisation.”
