“A very professional, prompt and accurate service. I update my elderly parents card whenever medications or diagnosis changes. My mum finds it so easy to just hand her card over when ever being admitted to hospital or attend a clinic appointment. She now doesn't have to try and remember details or have bits of paper floating about in her bag just in case. Bronwen on the helpline was amazing , kind and helpful when I made a mistake on my mums address. A new card corrected was received within a day or so.”

“I'm impressed by the company's efficiency. The band I ordered arrived really quickly, maybe two days after I ordered it. The package was ripped in the sorting machinery and it was delivered in a plastic bag with an apology but the band itself was unharmed. Maybe a stronger envelope or plastic envelope would be better, if it did not increase costs.”
