“The website was easy to navigate. I was given a voucher which had a different code to the SHOP 10 code on the website page, so I rang your customer services who said that if I put the other code onto my order it would go through automatically, and I am pleased to say that it did go through with no problems. Your customer services person was very helpful, and said if I had any problems to get back to them. Thankfully it was not necessary to do this.”
