We wanted to return the topper told instead of sending g it back for a full refund , we now need to donate it , get a confirm the donation and send this to the topper company and then get a refund .

“I ordered a mattress topper from this company with 100 day money back guarantee if it wasn't comfortable. I had previously called and explained that I have a disease of the spine and to check I could return it for a refund if it didn't work for me. The Mattress Topper was the Seriously Comfortable Revolution Mattress Topper which seemed the softest of those on offer and additionally had fantastic reviews. I received this topper and immediately was struck with the quality of the materials and the fact it can be turned over for a softer or firmer side and that each half can be turned independantly. The mattress topper is giving me some pain but as I explained to the advisor on the phone (Myles - who was so understanding and helpful) I think this is a "me" thing and nothing to do with the toppers quality or comfort. Unfortunately I do need something very specific and this doesn't quite work for me. That said I would highly reccomend this topper to anyone else. Myles and the person I spoke to before I purchased it were both very compassionate, helpful and understanding. I am able to return it for a full refund and there was no hassle (unlike with some other companies). I am very impressed with this company and would use them again.”
