“First time in ordering from this site, was a little confused when I got a tracking number on the Sunday night then received a further tracking number in the following day. Tried calling customers services on numerous occasioning to question this but couldn’t get through. Received my items the the Tuesday, got some good hits. Would order again”

We understand the confusion with tracking numbers, we do ship every day but if it gets shipped after 4pm it usually goes onto the next days shipping (which caused the tracking to not update)! I also would like to apologise for the lack of response to your calls, we have a very small team for Customer support (just me) and I was ill the last 2 days so have not been on the phones 😭, the managers were taking care of the tickets so its best to send an email there as well! “Really very pleasantly surprised with the quality of the cards, the packaging and the price. I was after some low value cards to help fill out my collection and was relieve to find that they arrived quickly, were packaged with care and the quality as as new. I got 27 cards in total and the price was not bad at all. What was even more surprising was the postage, at just 95p. Will definately be looking to grab some more to bolster my collection now that by blisters is almost impossible where I am.”

“Item delayed due to bank Holiday weekend but very quick dispatch. Item arrived it decent condition, could have been slightly more securely packaged though to avoid potential damages. The free sweets where a nice touch, also eco friendly packaging. Will definitely order from Total cards again.”

“Ordered "Digimon Card Game - BT21 - World Convergence - Booster Box", this set contains 24 boosters and new mechanics added to the game play. I'm hoping to get a good set of cards combinations in one booster box to be utilised in a deck! I'm most looking forward to BT-22 set as it contains elements from the Digimon Story games that I loved.”
