I’m giving it a 4 star as I did make an order this morning at 00:47am and I did pick dpd Saturday guaranteed but haven’t received my order but thinking about it I might have chosen the wrong delivery service. Hopefully it might come by monday

New website is better but months on from now that those of us with loyalty points accumilated are locked out of them any new orders placed + delivered also don't seem to update the totals (perhaps this will be done retrospectively). Usability has improved but at the cost of features relating to customer loyalty, perhaps it's a net-good overall if it attracts more customers. One of my biggest current frustrations is around product delays. I get that total cards has dependencies on those outside of their control but it's frustrating to have to always reach out to customer support to ask when my order will be shipped, there's no proactive communication when things are delayed (I'm looking at you Bandai). I've seen TC update release dates when the official ones get pushed back, but when the issue is with distributors/suppliers to them who are unable to deliver in time for official releases there's radio silence. I've seen them acknowledge this on their community discord but have yet to see anything change. Shout out to Ryan who is amazing on Customer support, hopefully things get better so the above feedback of thirdparty delays is less of an issue. I hope the loyalty system is completed soon as it feels worse in some ways currently.

We are working on the Points at the moment (the team are revamping these), and we are hoping to have these sorted within the next few weeks!! We will most likely shout about these going live again on our Socials!!! We have passed your feedback regarding updates onto the team, they are working overtime to get something in place to help with delayed emails. We are also working to try and reduce the amount of delays that are happening, most are due to delays outside of our control but we will still work our hardest to make sure these are kept to a minimum. We are happy to see that Ryan has been awesome on our support channel, he is always happy to help whenever he can! We have passed this onto him!! We will work our hardest to improve our services as soon as possible and we hope to have the Points ready for customers very soon!! We hope that we will continue to see you in the future!!

Couldn't fault the quality of pulls from the two booster boxes. Only reason for 4 stars is the fact I didn't have them for release day. Dealt with in a timely manner however.

The cards arrived in good condition. They are for my son as a reward for good behaviour so he can build a Pikachu deck that he loves the idea of.

first order was incorrect but customer service was fast helpful and kind in fixing it. your email service for these reviews is very persistent tho, which has lowered my opinion slightly

I normally get all my stuff from Total Cards. It's around the corner and they have a great selection. But this order was a little different. Even though my order was speedy and correct, boxed and packed tightly, my deck came with the cards popping out of the front of a ripped box.

Awesome and my favourite place to buy board games. Big fan of discounts if possible. Optional freebies/discount or choices in freebies could be nice! Sometimes the freebies haven't been included and I had an issue with a board game.

Good website, genarally good pricecs, but a few cards I would not buy for the price you ask, ( like, mist energy, and charizard ex as you can get it on ebay for abou £4). Also lugia v and vstar. The formating of the website is very good, a lot better than it used to be.

Been taken my daughter since shop open. Find owners really friendly and happy to see you. Fantastic layout. Some newer south can be quite not engaging at times. Always liked shopping there for my daughters Pokémon cards. But selection not as good as it used to be and price and be higher than over shops around. Still great shop experience.

The website is great and the content and prices are fab. The only worry I had was delivery took a little longer than I thought but not too long. My products came well packaged. I will definitely use this site again though.

Hello, I am a recent customer of "Total Cards" and I just wanted to say thank you for your recent service. I bought my first batch of "Magic the Gathering" cards from this store during the Christmas period. Your website was very helpful finding the cards I was looking for, all was priced fairly with different postal offers, clear customer information about delays and helplines if you were worried about your order, the package was compact keeping my order save, finally all of the cards was in very good condition. The only negative I would say was a slight confusion about spending a certain amount to get a postal offer i.e spend £20 and get next day postal free. I may have miss understood that part. My order was delayed but your website clearly stated "all orders would be delayed" so no negatives for that. 21/12/22 to 30/12/23 After my experience It is safe to say "Total Cards" would be the place for any UK trading card enthusiasts looking for good honest service it would be this company. This is my first order from "Total Cards" so it has high marks for now but I am confident it will remain the same or better when ordering for more the the future!
