“I was in dire need of the ink getting to me as soon as possible so I pad the extra $75 bucks to get it next day. I had placed my order late afternoon on a Monday so was going to give it until Wednesday. When it still didn't come on Wednesday I reached out to customer service and asked where the package was -- the link I could see on Total Ink Solutions website it said it was still in NJ -- but the rep kept telling me it would be there on Wednesday. Needless to say, it did not arrive -- had asked for a credit for the extra shipping fee to which I was ignored. I did not receive the package until Monday. Would not recommend them at all. Good Luck if you do.”

“I purchased the Screen Printing Heat Gun 1500W for a pop-up screen printing station at a block party. I have no complaints. It will take me some time to get a system down for an even cure, but I am happy with the product and would recommend it to anyone who is also doing live screen printing outside their shop or for someone just starting their screen printing journey.”

“While this may not be on your end , my package was never received. It was marked delivered, and I opened a case with fedex. I do need this paint urgently and am new to this account but have been using your paint for years. Is there any way we can work something out for a better number for this order ?
