I bought white ink plastisol, ink too light, l hope so make better

First order. See the picture for what shipped. Compare this to the rendered image of the tools. Obvious tear out from the table saw, a chunk of wood missing from the edge, knots. Not as pictured. Come on!

Better communication and points of contact. Struggled to get a definite answer and shipping information for 4 days or so on crucial items that made us miss deadlines.

While this may not be on your end , my package was never received. It was marked delivered, and I opened a case with fedex. I do need this paint urgently and am new to this account but have been using your paint for years. Is there any way we can work something out for a better number for this order ? Please let me know any assistance is valued. Thanks

call because I put an order in , I was trying to save on shipping by buying another gallon of ink, and the lady who handled my call could'nt explain why if my order was over $150.00 and still was been charged $74.00 in shipping she said she was going to call me later NEVER DID! still got charged the $74.00 in shipping. these are hard times! customer service not very helpful

(TL/DR at the bottom.) Their ink may be decent, but so far the customer service experience has been poor. I ordered two of the day-glo inks. The inks I received looked different than the order I expected so I called to get clarification if I ordered the wrong one (completely possible) or if I was sent the wrong one (also possible). I asked them if I had ordered the wrong one or if I was sent the wrong one and he interrupted me mid-sentence to say, "Just email a picture to ink@totalink.[whatever]." I asked if I could just tell him the product number on the container and he could tell me if that matches the order. Again, mid-sentence was interrupted with "ok fine, what's the number?" We came to the understanding that it was the wrong ink and he said, "I'll send you another one." I asked for a confirmation email and his respond was, "I'm the VP. If I say I'll send it, I'll send it." Not happy with that answer, I insisted he send some sort of confirmation because I have already paid for the ink and he has not shipped it. At this point in the transaction, my money has been stolen and I haven't received the products we agreed on. He asked what my email was and I provided it. The next morning (now Wednesday) I still hadn't received an email confirmation so I reached out again. His response was a photo of his computer screen from UPS noting the label was created and one line that said, "Here you go my man thank you fir shopping with us look forward to gaining all your business." The tracking number provided on Wednesday morning was for UPS Ground, with an expected delivery date of Monday the following week. Due to a picking error on their part -- and a rude/dismissive VP -- my customer and my business was negatively impacted. Yet, he wants to "gain all my business"? I asked about the slower fulfillment method with UPS Ground and he has not replied. TL/DR: They shipped the wrong ink. The VP was rude and dismissive. The day the said they would fix it, they didn't. Their way to fix the problem was the cheapest solution possible. Then he had the audacity to say he wants all our business in a rushed email full of typos.

the web site is totally confusing it shows 2 cartridges but you only get one, it show W1 and W2 cartridges in the picture but you only get one, you have to read the description to figure out which one you are buying each time. it shows the same picture on both cartridges so you dont know which one you are on. i thought i was buying two cartridges, but no it was only 1 and when i went to check out is when i realized it was only one cartridge. even the way it was written [Ricoh Garment ink Cartridge white 2 ri 1000 type G1] when it should say W2 and W1 that is what's on the ink cartridge. i thought i was getting 2 Ri 1000 Cartridges, not a W1 or W2. omg even on this review page you can get out of it at the end with out using ctrl+alt+del to end the task WOW

We are sorry to hear your disappointment in our website and the other company we use for reviews. The photos used are provided by Ricoh, and are only to showcase the product. Also the product names are also provided by Ricoh as well. The product is listed correctly though as to what we offer. Also the product name is Cartridge meaning singular, and you had to select a qty as to how many you wanted. We have thousands of happy customers that love our website and our services but if you would ever like to discuss we are always here. Lastly we do offer live chat on our website to have a live real person assist if there is ever any questions.

I have not opened my order yet as I'm still deciding on whether to return it or not. I've sent emails directly to Total Ink Solutions as well as opened a Paypal dispute. So just waiting on that to come through.

Good morning Barry. I want to apologize for the delivery delay. After reviewing the order it looks like this was an item drop shipped from Action Engineering directly. was going to wait for all of my order to do this... but.. not to pleased with the service you get here as I've gotten nothing but a pamplet sent to me after asking for help with my order as I'm new to silk screening. in the end i ordered several wrong size items that could have easily been rectified by someone with a little more info then me... still waiting for 2 major items that it would be nice to know what's the holdup and when to except them to arrive. might be a good place to order stuff but i wouldn't count on there customer service.

On multiple occasions I have placed orders for transparency Mega Film, Total Ink would send me a no name milky white film instead as a replacement. The first time I thought it was a mistake on their part but realized after the second attempt to reorder the same thing happened. So I ended up wasting money on 2 film packages I can't use and didn't want. Also, on more then one occasion I have received mesh counts I didn't ask for. They would send me mesh counts that they deemed close enough. I would of preferred a call or an email stating they didn't have what I needed so I could purchase elsewhere.

Hi Donwan, Sorry to hear about your issues. We only sell Mega Film for film printing, and yes it does come in a fairly plain box. No films will be perfectly clear for film production unfortunately.
