Was sent the wrong items in my order, reached out to the company numerous times with no response.

Ordered white ink and did not receive an email saying they had to cancel the order until 2 weeks went by with nothing delivered and then money refunded. Tried to call and sent an email with no response. First time ordering and will not be returning. Very unhappy with order. Paid $36 for shipping as I added a waste bin to my order if I already had to pay for shipping and so I ended up getting the waste bin, that I didn’t really need. Where I usually buy my waste bin has free shipping. So overall a very unhappy customer.

Items were supposed to have been delivered to my front door that weren’t received. I reached out to Total Ink multiple times via email & phone & still haven’t gotten a response or any resolution. This is very unprofessional & very upsetting to myself & my business.

SETTINGS SET CORRECTLY BUT PUFF VINYL CAME OUT POOR. EVEN AFTER ADJUSTING THE SETTINGS, FLUCTUATING THE PRESS TIME GIVE OR TAKE A FEW SECONDS, I TRIED BOTH - THE OVERALL OUTCOME WAS POOR. AFTER TRYING THE DIRECTIONS EXACTLY AS THE VIDEOS SHOW, EVEN ALTERING IT ON SOME TRIES FOR THE BEST RESULTS, I OVERALL WASTED BOTH ROLLS TRYING DIFFERENT TECHNIQUES RENDERING THE SAME RESULTS. THE QUALITY OF THE VINYL COULD BE BETTER. DELIVERY WAS FAST!!

This is not a review. I ordered an ink cartridge to see if it was compatible for my G4 printer. the cartridge fit, but the computer chip was different. Unless I can the right chip, I won't be able to order any more ink.

I was in dire need of the ink getting to me as soon as possible so I pad the extra $75 bucks to get it next day. I had placed my order late afternoon on a Monday so was going to give it until Wednesday. When it still didn't come on Wednesday I reached out to customer service and asked where the package was -- the link I could see on Total Ink Solutions website it said it was still in NJ -- but the rep kept telling me it would be there on Wednesday. Needless to say, it did not arrive -- had asked for a credit for the extra shipping fee to which I was ignored. I did not receive the package until Monday. Would not recommend them at all. Good Luck if you do.

I'm sad that I spent $70.31 and the package came broken and the vinyl all wet, poor packaging. I called, and the agent stated they don't take responsibility after shipping the items. You may need to consider changing to another carrier; FEDEX is a mess.

Came to them for some screens and when I tried to print with them they have anywhere near as much details as it should of and after I told them this they offered nothing.

We called to get help with ordering a replacement Rubber Blanket for the Vastex Exposit. We were met with a less than helpful representative that told us "just order it online" and more or less refused to answer any of the questions he had about the product we needed to order. So we went on line and ordered the replacement rubber blanket for the Exposit unit... Unfortunately, the blanket doesn't fit the Exposit unit that we have. We called back to try to return it for the correct size he was told that they don't accept a returns on that item. I'm a bit upset because if the sales rep would have worked with us instead of blowing him off, we wouldn't have ordered the wrong thing, as well as refusing to exchange the product for the correct item adds insult to injury. I emailed several times and asked to be contact by the manager or owner to try to resolve the problem and return the product and have been ghosted by the company.

No instructions on the container. No instructions at the website. No instruction videos on youtube. Almost ruined my kitchen table because it remained a gooey mess and wouldn't peel the foil off the roll. Tried the hot iron at over 330 degreeF and let it site overnight. Never would peel the foil off. It was horrible. Can't contact customer support. Phone message says short staff and to text. Tried texting 3 times and emailing 3 times and no one ever got back to me. I need a refund. Had to file a complaint with paypal to see about getting my money back.

My experience was terrible. My order came late. The color didn’t match the website, and after i washed the shirt all of the gold of the ink washed out and the color looks like poop.

Ordered a pre-burned screen and used it the same day it arrived. Half way through printing on cardboard (I was only able to print 12) I noticed some ink was getting on areas of the cardboard box that it wasn’t supposed to. Since I was using water based acrylic printing ink, I took the screen to my outdoor faucet and rinsed it with water and saw that the emulsion was peeling off. I sent an email to totalink immediately, literally within 2 hours of receiving my order, I included pictures and my problem and they have not gotten back to me. I called multiple times and left a voice message. It’s been over 2 weeks and still no response. I never leave bad reviews, but I’ve made multiple attempts to try and fix this issue. I spent $70 for basically 12 6x6 shipping boxes.

As you stated there was water and water based inks used on a screen meant for plastisol. Water will degrade these screens in a short period of time. Im sorry to see your issue here, but we did reply, and unfortunately you would need to re-order based on your use of the screen.
