I was happy with this company until the 27th of May when I placed an order for over night deliver and received my package 5 days later

shipping costs are really high the item i needed didnt come with all of the required parts to make it function the customer service let me know that i needed to order another part and that it couldnt be added to my current order because it had already shipped so i made another order and paid shipping again and what do you know when my items arrived they were all in the same box!! hope the extra shipping charge was worth losing a customer

Your orders were drop shipped from Vastex, When placed the original order via po as we always do as soon as we receive a customers order, when you had called the previous order was already in process. We were unaware that they shipped them together and will be glad to refund you the cost of shipping on that second order. Found your company when we still had not received our ink upgrade for our Roland truevis to update to the new ink system and we were in need of a megenta bag. You were a one day ship from us and we were told it would ship that day and make it to us next day which was perfect but it did not ship on the day we were told and cost us a day of printing. And if we were told straightforward we could have just upgraded shipping

I just reviewed the order and I do see they were unable to ship same day. I apologize for that. I don know who you spoke with but that answer they gave you is no right. You are a 1 day and we dropped the ball. We own up to our mistakes when we make them and for this I do apologize. Very disappointed in the lack of help I received for a Misplaced package . No individual seemed to have a solution. Was told multiple times “ there’s nothing I can do”. Disgusted with the lack of customer care and assistance. Lost a customer .

Mistake in item... very late reply and noncooperative staff for after sale issues for documents related to custom clearance... due to the carelessness i might be charged extras for not providing essential documents to the port in my country. I am searching for another supplier that is more commited to clients.

We have spoken many times to our shipping team, and this is unfortunately something that must be taken care of on your side to pay duties, and taxes.
