“The print squeegee's I ordered are very nice and high quality, however, one of them was slightly too big for my screen, which is not the fault of you guys however after messaging on the website and emailing customer support about a possible exchange which I read must be within 14 days of order, I still have got no email or call back about my options, which will force me to order another squeegee.”

“I had an item that I purchased a while ago, maybe 2 years. I finally used it and a customer wanted a design in it only for me to discover it was discontinued. Magic Eye is a great item. I was sent half of my order contacted the store and it was quickly fixed. The customer service is excellent.”

“So I wasn't crazy about the PFHO-018 or the FFSP-018 whites. I think companies use the word Opaque very loosely. However, I did like the PFHO-058 and the PFHO-035.”

“White transfer ink was almost to thick and gooey to print efficiently, not creamy as stated. Support afterwards was weak on resolving what and how much reducer could be used. Got answers but, had to push for more details.”

“Supplies/equipment are great. Love these guys. Shipping is steep $$$$$. I’ll continue to order from these guys cuz their stuff is great but unless I’m mistaken, I’ve only ever seen one shipping option and it’s always the most expensive”

“Normally I love total Ink solutions inks but the All Purpose Lime Green is a no go. It is way to runny and not easy to work with. I also had ordered some 200 mesh screens and there was a sliver of metal that would slice my hand every time I would bring the screen down to print. All the other inks I have ordered have been creamy and really easy to work with.”

“Purchased universal bracket. My press arm is 2"x2". To attach any board to this bracket it seems like you may need to drill indents/pockets on the board to fit over the bolt heads. Then it will sit flush.”

“I have no real complaints, the company is fine, the products so far are up to par, the only issue I had was in the shipping of the items to the wrong address, Not certain how this happened, because I surely put the address I live at, which is 30 Paugus Ave. It somehow, got tagged Paugus Street, and tho there is a Paugus street, there is no #30. So it was just left in some one's driveway. We tracked it down with a lot of legwork. But had to drive cross town to meet up with the guy (who was nice) But otherwise, I have no complaints. I wrote you company in an e-mail asking they correct my location on/for all future orders & was told they would look into it, Never heard anything back”

“The puff additive I ordered bearly added any puff to the inks. Even when mixed at 50 percent not sure if its the batch or what but we have not gotten the results we have gotten in the past from Union or ICC. It was quick and the sales rep Alex I think it was helped alot making sure the stock was avalible. We can puff some more ink and send pictures if needed thanks.”

“The price was better than most places I had looked. Shipping was reasonable, and shipped fast. Issue came with trying to contact someone about an issue I was having with the film. I never did receive a reply. I'd say work on customer service, and you'd be my new go-to.”
