“The print squeegee's I ordered are very nice and high quality, however, one of them was slightly too big for my screen, which is not the fault of you guys however after messaging on the website and emailing customer support about a possible exchange which I read must be within 14 days of order, I still have got no email or call back about my options, which will force me to order another squeegee.”

“First order. See the picture for what shipped. Compare this to the rendered image of the tools. Obvious tear out from the table saw, a chunk of wood missing from the edge, knots. Not as pictured. Come on!”

“Items were supposed to have been delivered to my front door that weren’t received. I reached out to Total Ink multiple times via email & phone & still haven’t gotten a response or any resolution. This is very unprofessional & very upsetting to myself & my business.”

“Looking for a simple solution for making positive film for a screen project I am working on when I found TIS. Easy to do and had great film work came by the end of the week. I thanked TIS and asked additional questions for future projects but haven't heard back.”

“I had an item that I purchased a while ago, maybe 2 years. I finally used it and a customer wanted a design in it only for me to discover it was discontinued. Magic Eye is a great item. I was sent half of my order contacted the store and it was quickly fixed. The customer service is excellent.”
