“Total Ink Solutions came through with products I was having a difficult time finding. Their customer service is definitely 5 star! With all the problems with stock and shipping right now Total Ink Solutions went above and beyond to fill my order. “Total Ink Solutions has been a life savor for my company. My business is located in New Jersey. I purchased a RIOCH ri1000 and was purchasing my inks directly from RIOCH which is located in California and and it would take 10 Business day for me to receive my ink especially with this supply crisis we're having right now. But Total Ink Solutions has come through for me several time with my ink purchases. Because they have a NJ location I get my inks with in a few days after purchase and if there is a problem they call me right away. Which has made my life so much easier.”
