“Was meant to be next day delivery. Ordered wed, chased in fr, didn’t get a callback and no idea when it will arrive. Has held up a job. Very frustrating and communication is terrible. No tracking facility either.”

“Found the website helpful, ordered my items for next day delivery and a week later I still Havnt received them. I rang twice and was told they are on way and sorry about this blah blah blah, abysmal service. Ill be requesting a refund”

“I decided to order with yourselves because it was next day delivery. The next day I received an email saying my order was processing. I send an email asking why I hadn't received my order. Noone has emailed me back . So unfortunately I feel your service needs looking at .”

“I ordered a floor sealer which was market as being in stock. Received confirmation of order and also dispatch confirmation. When the items did not arrive next day delivery and the tracking number did not work, i phoned them. I left my details and the staff needed to talk to their colleague as could not access a relevant part of the system. They promised to phone in 10 mins. Nothing for 2 hours and being Friday, i phoned again. I managed to talk to another staff member, who checked and apologised as the items were not in stock and will not be till December 2021. She asked me if i wanted a refund or to wait. I requested a refund and explained how poor service this was. I followed this up with a message, but so far had no reply so i sent another email this morning.”

“Very poor. Let me order product not in stock. Sent email to say it was being delivered. Never came. Had to chase up for refund. Never refunded. Then said they would deliver. Not delivered. Chased up for refund again....never refunded.”

“Despite receiving conformation of my order, confirmation of payment, followed by confirmation of despatch - I never received it. I had to phone up only to be told that actually the items were out of stock. Cancelled the order and Still waiting for refund 10 days later. Will need to chase up again.”

“Trims arrived bent. Contacted seller via website and was advised to send photos to sales email address. Did so 4 days ago and they are yet to reply.”

“Product not delivered yet on a next day delivery Slot , was due on the Thursday so had someone stay in for me all day has I needed product for Saturday morning , emailed for when was delivery due on the Friday , no reply from trimline so no product yet delivered”

Hello Mark. I'm sorry to hear this. Please can you get in touch with our Customer Service team and we will arrange to get replacements sent or a refund straight away. Unfortunately, logistics are abit undependable during these current times but we will rectify this in the best way that suits you.
