“The website is very easy and clear to navigate. The ordering process is easy and the delivery time, well it was the next day, can't get better than that. The only part of the process which would have made it better for me was if a copy of the invoice with the VAT number showing was emailed automatically, rather than me having to email and request a copy.”

“My first order did t arrive when they said it would I waited 2 days just in case but my tiler couldn’t do anymore until the trims arrived so I called and they put a trace on the courier who said we were closed when they tried to make the delivery! Because I was so desperate they offered to send out another order for Saturday delivery free of charge. Well done Trimline you restored my confidence in you as you went over and above to keep my tiler on board and get my job done. Impressed thank you”

“I used dukkaboard original panels for my tiling project and found them very useful, easy to install and cut. Bit pricey compare to competition but worth it as they are great. Free next day delivery service is awesome. Plenty of super informative installation materials available online. They are superb. The only criticism is lack of reply to my emails with specific questions even though I asked twice. They might be trival from the Compqny pov but important to me as im quite new to the tiling world. Hence the 4 stars otherwise would be 5. Discounts to a returning customers would be more than welcome :). Thank you for your great service!”
