My first order did t arrive when they said it would I waited 2 days just in case but my tiler couldn’t do anymore until the trims arrived so I called and they put a trace on the courier who said we were closed when they tried to make the delivery! Because I was so desperate they offered to send out another order for Saturday delivery free of charge. Well done Trimline you restored my confidence in you as you went over and above to keep my tiler on board and get my job done. Impressed thank you
