“Website was buggy and the price kept changing during checkout. Constantly pestered by the live chat bot and yet, when sending them a message I got no response. While waiting the product I was ordering went out of stock.”

“Box was damaged with 2 x holes in tube packaging upon arival, signed "not checked" Receieved an invoice for payment, when already paid, this service needs to be revised to state, "paid in full" to paying customers.”

“The products are good, but there seems to be a glaring error on the website. At the time I was shopping, nowhere obvious did it state that VAT was added to the prices shown. This only became apparent at checkout. When I queried this using the 'chat' function, I was told that something had gone wrong with the site.”

“A first time order from Trimline ~ a quick purchase of two sheets of tile backer board. An easy online platform to order from, and a quick and pain free delivery. Nothing could go wrong really. Thanks Trimline.”

“The service was fast but unfortunately although the tile trim was well packed in a huge tube it had broken through the end and arrived bent. May have been mis handled by delivery company. Trim line did offer to send a replacement.”
