“Have sent 3 emails and msg on facebook about my last order recieved after i was sent incorrect trims and some damaged ones nobody has got back to me! I wonder if someone will read this and come back to me! Not good at all!”

“Poor. I paid for a Saturday morning delivery & my tiler was here ready to work once the delivery had arrived. It didn't arrive until Monday with no apology or explanation. I had to pay for my tiler for half a day to sit there & do nothing. He will not be able to complete the work for another 9 days now due to other work commitments. A shambles & very disappointing as our toilet downstairs remains out of action.”

“Paid for next day before 10am. When delivery didn't arrive I chased it up, had I not I would still be waiting! Told I would get a next day carriage charge refunded. Still waiting, very poor service.”

“Didn't receive any email or text for tracking the delivery. After waiting for 2 days [was expecting next day delivery] telephoned customer support, someone answered the phone, pretended to search on the computer system and then disconnected the line.”

“I received my order a day late. I have attempted to contact the company several times over the past almost two weeks and no one has replied to me. I’m trying to return my order but cannot because they seem to be completely uncontactable.”

“Ordered Saturday morning and didn’t receive the order till Thursday afternoon, had to source alternative locally to continue with job, website states Next day delivery, when chasing up the order was told I t’s next day delivery on orders over £150, but that is contradictory to what the website states, not the best impression on my first order to be fair”

“I think the product and price are excellent. But on this occasion I ordered on Thursday at 1420, paid for next day delivery and had to chase it. Eventually came on Tuesday.”

“Overall they've done well. Quick delivery, hassle free... The only problem I have is that I've ordered two items and only one has come. I wouldn't accept delivery, but I desperately needed the first item.”

“Dissapointed, Online orders on both occassions not delivered as per terms or paid for times. First order ordered Thurs for next day delivery waited all day called customer service to be told out for delivery Monday ! Order placed yesterday for before 10am delivery today was still not at site by 12:30. Called customer service who tracked and it is out for delivery between 11 and 2pm? on both occasions received no communication that deliveries we not as described. On both occassions i have paid contractors to stand around doing nothing”

“I ordered some products a week ago with next day delivery. 1 week later still no product only for me to have to call twice (promised a call back the first time but nothing) to be told the product is out of stock and won’t be delivered till next Tuesday (12 days after delivery).”

“next day delivery? didnt happen, requested tracking info on expected delivery , on response! recieved a text at 11.09 am from dx freight, stating my delivery will be between 7am - 12pm. i'm 50 miles away as awaited in the day before! Lucky i recieve quite a few deliveries and the dx driver put in the safe place and called me, as well known to him! trimline poor comms, etc dx - good and made trimline look better!”
