“Ordered through a promotional email thought very good price placed my order paid for it, received emails saying been shipped on next day delivery. 2 days past no sign of delivery decided to ring to see where my order was to be told oh there out of stock. We won’t be getting them until June. Not good service at all and still waiting for a refund.”

“Terrible - next day delivery did not arrive even after 2 days - unable to obtain any help or response on both live chat function and email. I had to take time off work to go and source alternative as builders were at the house to complete the job - unnecessary stress - would not recommend using this company.”

“Bought a grabbo in the sale says comes with 2 batteries only one battery arrived and spare seal missing aswell emailed numerous times still no reply dont think ill be using this company again as a little communication goes a long way”

“You took my order, confined my shipping and despatch details in an email. Three days later I get an email asking if I am collecting my order. I ask for it to be delivered and I am quoted £21 which is really high for postage. I have cancelled my order.”

“Not great website stock was not updated and was not in stock after payment, was offered alternatives but after communicating the alternatives were also out of stock even after being offered, got a full refund but not offered any form of goodwill.”

“Not great. Placed two separate orders with next day delivery, both of which should have arrived by Tuesday 25th Jan. Still waiting for both. Tried to cancel one - had no confirmation of cancellation or refund. Have tried to make contact about this but heard nothing in return. Please can someone investigate and issue refunds for both orders. A shame as I had high hopes here.”

“Purchase made for next day delivery - did not arrive. I phoned and spoke to someone who sounded disinterested and did not bother to apologise. She said the parcel was on route but running late. The parcel arrived the next day having just been picked up for delivery after I phoned. I do not like being lied to. The trim looked cheap and was not value for money or useful for the intended purpose. I binned it.”

“I ordered the item on Wednesday after 4pm so delivery was expected on Friday. I got an email on Thursday so say that my order had been shipped. On Friday at 1.30pm, I rang to double check it would be delivered. The call handler needed to look into it and when she called me back she said that the item was out of stock and hadn’t been shipped and would not be arriving. This caused problems and stress as the item was needed for work which was arranged for Saturday morning.”

“Awful. Website said item was in stock so I ordered it. When it was due to arrive, I called their helpline to determine a time but I was informed they have no stock of that item, even though I received an email telling me the product had been shipped days ago.”
