I ordered the item on Wednesday after 4pm so delivery was expected on Friday. I got an email on Thursday so say that my order had been shipped. On Friday at 1.30pm, I rang to double check it would be delivered. The call handler needed to look into it and when she called me back she said that the item was out of stock and hadn’t been shipped and would not be arriving. This caused problems and stress as the item was needed for work which was arranged for Saturday morning.
