Not great. Placed two separate orders with next day delivery, both of which should have arrived by Tuesday 25th Jan. Still waiting for both. Tried to cancel one - had no confirmation of cancellation or refund. Have tried to make contact about this but heard nothing in return. Please can someone investigate and issue refunds for both orders. A shame as I had high hopes here.
