Poor. I paid for a Saturday morning delivery & my tiler was here ready to work once the delivery had arrived. It didn't arrive until Monday with no apology or explanation. I had to pay for my tiler for half a day to sit there & do nothing. He will not be able to complete the work for another 9 days now due to other work commitments. A shambles & very disappointing as our toilet downstairs remains out of action.
