“The OGO is a WAAAAY better product and I’m super disappointed I had to experience all the trouble with your trobolo - all the gaslighting and messing with disgusting toilet stuff - demeaning to the max to have to interact with you guys and I’m so glad I found a product that can safely stay in the van. However, we would like to clarify that we had requested detailed information and photos repeatedly from you several months ago in order to understand the situation and help accordingly. Unfortunately, we did not receive these until recently. As soon as your photos reached us, our team immediately analyzed them and responded with a detailed explanation and a concrete solution, including free replacement parts.

While we regret that you are dissatisfied, we are confident that the product left our facility in perfect working order and that any issues could have been resolved through proper assembly and maintenance as described in the instructions.
