Hello!
I just received my Trobolo in the mail and was excited to take a look at the construction and functionality. Everything looks great except I encountered a significant issue with the latch design on the closing lid—or I may have just received a faulty unit.
The gray seat area doesn’t seem to sit flush, exposing an 1/8” gap towards the front of the toilet. When I go to close the top white lid, the latch ends up landing between the gray seat and the lower plastic frame causing the latch to be extremely difficult to pry open. If the gray seat sat perfectly flush (so there’s no gap) or the lid handle extended further down another 1/4", I think this might mitigate the problem. Please see attached photos and videos.
