“Terrible! He comprado una mochila y al hacer la devolución ha sido procesado un cambio y ya no me permiten hacer la devolución de la mochila. Me han dicho para realizar manualmente y esto me genera un coste de +50€, lo que es un absurdo. La atención al cliente horrible, el producto comprado fue una mochila y me contestan sobre zapatos, con un msj automático, y no me dan más opciones. Total que tendré que quedarme con un producto caro que no me convence o pagar 50€ para hacer una devolución! Me parece un timo. No recomiendo a nadie. Y la mochila no vale el precio que ponen para NADA!”

“I ordered my shoes before winter 2023 and have only started wearing them for a couple of months, not excessively either. The design is cool and they are relatively comfortable. Now the heel part is ripped. According to the manufacturer, it is not a warranty case. I think it's a shame that quality defects are pushed off to the consumer.”
