I supporter thisncompany since their first crowdfunding campain for shoes. Bought NEST bag in 2022 when they were crowdfunding for it, was delivered at the end lf June 2022. One part broke. First they refused to replace it under waranty, because I bought it over two years ago, igoring that it was delivered half a year later. Then, they yielded but said that the replacement can only be deliver to the original shipping address even though I moved in July 2022 to another city in the same country. Now they want me to pay for the shipping myself and promise to refund me but the shopping cost 25 euros and I suspect they will decline after all. Don't recommend their products, this is the second time the refuse to respect the EU customer law.

The pouch is ok, but I didn’t enjoy the interaction with your your company during purchase of some items, I felt it was a take it or leave attitude on the part of one of your associates, making the purchase uncomfortable and off putting. Although your product had some good features, don’t think because of that,I’ll be rushing back to buy anything else. There are ways to make a customer feel valued by a company, and I think your company is woefully short in that department. My attitude about your company now is, “I’ll call you if I need you”. You need to take a page out of Made In cookware company , where I feel I’ve been treated as a valued client, as a result, I buy all my cookware exclusively from them, your company, not so much. They send you a new review email 5 years after you bought the product and already unsubscribes from their emails.

I bought one Geyser Litli pair. Unfortunately, the product didn't meet the expectations nor did the support given. Within a few uses (3 or 4) of the Geyser Litli, the side material got cracked/severed on the stitched/glued part of the shoe. Basically, the top part of the shoe is detached from the shoe sole. This, in my understanding, is due to lack of flexibility of the material. A probable downside of the waterproof concept. Obviously, it is no longer waterproof with cracks. I contacted support to understand what could be done regarding the warranty and the reply was of putting and confusing. Even though the email was signed by the same supporter, one email was detached from the next one.

I consider the bag to be poor quality, especially for the high price point. Handle was flimsy and wheels seemed poorly designed. Bag also tips forward very easily . Still dealing with issues related to the return. I do not recommend...

I recently purchased a pair of shoes from Tropicfeel, and my overall experience has been a mixed bag. While the shoes themselves were of okay quality but nothing special, it does dry quickly after dipping into the water. The customer service I encountered left much to be desired. The customer service can only be reached by email, which they usually get back within 24hrs. The breaking point for me, however, was when I attempted to initiate a return in accordance with Tropicfeel's stated return policy. The policy clearly stated that return shipping would be covered for first-time purchasers. Unfortunately, this was not my experience. Tropicfeel refused to honor this aspect of their policy, citing increased fuel costs as the reason for not refunding the return shipping. This felt like a breach of trust and a deviation from the stated terms. It's disappointing to encounter a company that fails to uphold its own policies, especially when it comes to a commitment as straightforward as covering return shipping for first-time buyers. The justification of increased fuel costs seemed arbitrary and was not communicated at the time of purchase. In light of this experience, I caution potential buyers to exercise caution when considering Tropicfeel. While the shoes may meet your expectations, the potential frustrations with customer service and deviations from their own policies may outweigh the benefits. I hope Tropicfeel takes steps to improve their customer service practices and adhere more closely to the commitments outlined in their policies. Until then, I would advise potential customers to explore alternatives and avoid potential disappointments.

I actually already texted u about it. U guys messed up with legs length on the bottom of the bag the way, that the bag can't stay vertically. I believe in this situation u would be supposed to send me the appropriate legs for it. But u didn't and even didn't respond me. That's ridiculous. Loved your brand before. But now absolutely disappointed.

i was very excited to buy and own this bag, i first bought it without any of the accessories. i liked the size and felt it was versatile and well made. then i decided to buy the packing cube. after the 2nd or 3rd trip, I realized that the loops where the spider net hooks latch were fraying. Soon after I started noticing that the elastic bands of the spider net were also deteriorating. Shortly after I realized that the back strap stitches were starting to slowly come undone. The bag was an investment for me, and so I always took very good care of it. Never overpacked, was careful when picking it up and putting it down etc. Though I had had the bag for 1 year, the damage started within a couple of months of my first use of the spider net. I wrote customer service explaining the situation. They ignored me for a couple of weeks. I wrote them a second time and then a third. Finally I received a response which seemed automated. I had to re-explain myself 2 or 3 times, as the customer service people were clearly not paying attention to the content of the message, one of them starting their email by saying that they were sorry I was having trouble with my shoes. Finally I received a dry 2 line response saying that I do not qualify for a warranty. The bag is a nice idea, badly executed. There is no reason for the spider net not to be more elastic. The kangaroo pouch does not fit shoes (but is a convenient extension for maybe more clothes). The materials are not durable. This bag should be priced at half the cost, like an Amazon essentials level, instead Tropicfeel are trying to play with the big boys like AER, Peak Design etc... But there is a reason why those other brands are confident enough to offer lifetime guarantees, whereas Tropicfeel claims to offer a 2 year one, but in fact will arbitrarily claim that you do not qualify for it when their materials fall apart. Their PR team works over time, framing the brand like it's a bunch of happy go lucky innovative designers obsessed with quality and travelling to sunny places...but their customer care team is a bunch of disgruntled inattentive paper pushers stuck in dark office somewhere. Save your money, or spend a little more and get yourself a quality bag that will actually last.
