“In general I like the shoes. Only I was delivered the wrong product, and it is so much effort to exchange it, so I still don't exactly have the shoes I ordered, 1 month later. So in my opinion client wise, it could be better. Material wise I am a huge fan.”

“I bought the backpack and the 10L packing cube. Unfortunately, the quality of workmanship was not as good as I had hoped. The zipper snagged and some of the seams were not very neat. The biggest drawback was the pocket for the shoes, which I struggled to fit one shoe in. The packing cube I ordered with it was unfortunately not as compressible as you can see in the video, although I used exactly the same amount of clothing. In general, the products are very practical and functional, but the points I mentioned really bothered me. I hope these can be improved in the future, then the products would be really great.”

“OK! I have to be honest, I have not worn the Jungle Chip Grey (yet!) but I have worn the Jungle Blue (purchased at the same time!) and I happen to have one small (but annoying) issue: the footbed of the shoe does NOT fit the inner sole properly and continues to ride up into the heel of the shoe. After taking about 10-12 paces, you feel the inner sole start to slip back under your foot and working its way up the back of your heel. This is an oddity that I have not experienced once with my 2 previous TropicFeel shoe purchases; so trust me when I say, this is not me trying to throw 'shade' on this brand! I have the back pack, 3 add-ons and now, 4 pairs of their shoes! But I have had to cut down the sides and ends of the shoe insert (inner sole) to make it fit properly...waiting to see if my current modification holds up.”

“I’m so disappointed with this product’s quality. After doing some research, I ordered and received mine 2 weeks ago. I initially had high hopes as it seemed to do everything I wanted (versatility and style). And it did for THE ONE time I used it. Then one of the front elastic bands( where the nook pouch hooks onto) came out and I now cannot use my Nook pouch with it. After having spent more than €200, you’d think the bag would last more than one usage… I requested an exchange or a refund as it is clearly a manufacturer fault. And I hope the CS team can address this issue ASAP. I will keep editing this review to update how this is being addressed as my request is processed by the CS team.”

“I love the design of the shoe. Unfortunately the seams on the inner ankle part come off after only a month of normal use on both shoes. The last time i didn't have this issue. Maybe it was bad luck but quality seems to be the thing you guys could improve on.”

“Did you sell my phone number to a 3rd party? Since setting up my profile to order I’ve suddenly started getting bombarded with spam/scam calls from all over including overseas. In my email I just got a email from your company in a different language. Very concerned about all of this.”

“I ordered NS60 jacket. І made this pre-order with full prepayment in October last year. After some time I found out that after ordering i was not sent any order number. So, I had to write dozens of letters to support and wait for weeks before my problem was solved. And despite the fact that i was eventually given this number, my order was canceled for some reason. After i asked why this happened, i did not receive an answer. My friend who made the same pre-order on the same day in October received the jacket in early June. However, it reached me only on July 20. It took inadequately long time, difficulties, stress to resolve my situation. No compensation was provided for the months of inept communication with support. The product itself is not bad, nice materials, as stated, it is quite compact and warm. Unfortunately, the impression is spoiled because of customer support”

“Fast delivery, average shoes”

“After asking why I had not received the NS60 Jacket I received it in early July. The Jacket is an excellent design, well made with the best materials. The vest fits well but unfortunately the layer supplied was too small (I ordered L and received M). I returned the layer and received another one, also too small (I ordered L and received M). I was told that there was a problem with layers of the size I ordered. I am waiting for advice on when to return it so I can get the correct size. It’s hard to understand how the delivery of such excellent products is so poorly managed. The product score is 5 and the delivery score is zero so the overall score is 3.”
