These sizes are deviations from standard brands like Nike, Adidas, Skechers where a size 8 is around 26 cm, while a TropicFeel shoe is size 6.5 for 26.2 cm. I wonder if you're receiving too many exchange orders coz of this, but what can help you is integration with something like Find Your Fit.

Thanks so much for your feedback regarding the sizes. Normally, each brand has a different scale and we recommend you check out our Size Guide when considering which size to order. This is definitely helpful for us to know so thanks again :) Tropicfeel Team
My sneakers, bought on kickstarter (canyon) broke after 1.5 year, both shoes in the same place, and unglued, both shoes in the same place. Warranty was not accepted, even if they state that there is 2 years warranty. shoes are very comfortable, but not durable enough for the price.

Raf, thank you for your feedback! Our warranty covers any quality issues that may have been caused by the production, and not wear and tear. I hope you can trust our shoes again in the future! Tropicfeel Team
Did not receive it yet

They are okay comfy, and works for hiking. I have already proken the rubber shoelaces, so they kinda suck. It doesn’t look good either to have them flapping around, so I had to tie them anyways. Would be nice to have some normal ones instead. The inner shoe bands can give some problems, as they rub up and down your heel

Hans, thanks so much for sharing your feedback with us. Glad to hear you take your sneakers for hikes, sorry about the knotstoppers, great that you found a solution. Tropicfeel Team
Look good but too narrow and the material isn’t very forgiving.

Derrick, thanks for sharing your feedback, it helps us improve! Tropicfeel Team
I really like TropicFeel, and these shoes are beautiful. They are well made, really light and comfy. However, while the length fits perfectly, I found them too tight across the top of the foot (maybe I have big arches or something). So sadly I have to return them - I’m absolutely gutted, especially after waiting 7months on preorder, as they are so attractive and I like the sustainability. I will just have to go buy some more Calas (now Jungle), as these fit perfectly!

Thanks for your opinion, sorry you had to return your new sneakers. Indeed, Jungle and Canyon are the widest models, enjoy wearing them :) Tropicfeel Team
The color received is the wrong one, I tried to contact you without success. Please reply, thanks!

Placed an order back in February. Received a Confirmation but no further update for 5 months. Chased my order at the beginning of July, as they were estimated for June/July dispatch, and they then arrived a few days later. I am a cynic, but this seems very coincidental!!

Happy with them so far. They're quite a tight fit and the inside material isn't as soft as my merrels or inov8. I would also recommend not using the finger loops to pull them in as the stitching semi - ripped first time. But overall they're not too bad.

I like the concept of the shoes made by Tropixfeel, and I like their looks. Also Tropicfeel was pretty good with stairs updates. My only concern is how they are built, unfortunately doesn't look like these shoes are put together using high standards qualities.

Had problem with the shipping tracking and was verry long answering my questions by email, to finally tell me that my product was not ship after 3 months . Overall the products seems very good and i love it

I got the shell as part of the Kickstarter and waited a while for it (typical of Kickstarter campaigns, so whatever). I was excited because I use a waterproof backpack in the pnw every day for work outside. It holds extra gear and food and whatever I need for my sessions, and I also use my work pack for travel so I figured this system would be great for me. When I got it I had already been used to using my old cheaper pack so it sat a while except for quick recreational outings where I wasn't wearing it much. I made sure to use it on a hike that took about 4 hours to really test it out and learn the features (used it without the wardrobe), and by the halfway point of my hike, I had painful pressure points on my collarbones which I tried to releive by stuffing extra socks between the straps and the painful spots (thank god I had them otherwise it would have been a very painful way back to the car and I might've developed severe visible bruising or blisters). The hike had been on Friday and by the following Monday I had forgotten the pain of wearing it and how I had to use my socks to cushion the straps. When I put my pack on during that the first day of work, the pain returned and worsened as I wore it more (the socks weren't cutting it anymore but still were better than nothing). After spending the following day walking around with wool socks hanging from my shoulders, and the pain, bruises and sore spots worsening anyway (to the point of my seatbelt and clothing being painful to wear and having visible bursted blood vessels on my clavicles), I switched back to my old pack which is not painful with the same load, but is unfortunately missing many of the shell's excellent and unique features. I'm pretty bummed about this and have not experienced strap issues with other cheaper packs. I cannot use the pack and all its awesome features because it is painful to do so. It would be my pack of choice because of how easy it is to pack and the access through the back, also the load actually feels very compact and light aside from the pressure points the straps give me, so I reached out to customer service hoping they'd be able to help me out by suggesting some adjustments to the strap system or how the pack is sitting (because I know a lot of those features are adjustable), but instead I got no response within their stated response time of 48 hrs and had to follow up myself only to be told they haven't heard that feedback before without any suggestions on what I might do (very disappointing). At this point I'm looking into buying strap covers to provide some padding to the parts of my body that get injured from the straps, but I'm kind of annoyed to have to spend more money on an already expensive pack just to be able to wear it.

Only the backpack arrived and I am waiting for a reply to my emails regarding the missing wardrobe. Hopefully someone will reply soon :)

I accidentally ordered the wrong size and immediately wrote them an email to stop the order, as it wasn't my size (ordered 37 by mistake, I use 46). It wasn't possible for them to stop it before it was shipped though, so I had to wait until I received the shoes before I could send them back and get my size. Even though I emailed them two minutes after ordering, I still had to pay 10€ to change the size, which is why I'm rating them 3 stars. The shoes are great by the way, but the return policy is not acceptable I'd say.
