The shoes are nice and confortable, but not durable. I haven’t used my pair for too many times and it already has a hole in the front. Should be more resistent. Even though I like it, I don’t think I’m buying a new pair.

Nest backpack. I had an issue at first but customer service was great, and they got my bag to me quickly after it was resolved. I love all the pockets and it’s a frat size for everyday, but my water bottle doesn’t fit. I’m really disappointed because I’ve been looking forward to using it. I thought I read that the pocket would be bigger but maybe I miscalculated. Thinking about what to do now.

I have tried my Nest on three trips (Paris, Germany, and Chicago) so far and so far it's good but could be better. The color is really nice (I have the Aphemora Brown) and a lot of the finishes are nice Pros: -I love the side lashes that allow you to hang stuff off the sides or strap things like a tripod or monopod easily to the side -The clamshell opening is really handy -Laptop slot in the back is awesome -Hidden pocket for your documents is a plus -Like the internal storage pockets -The camera packing accessory is great for photographers -The stretchy front pouch is pretty handy if you want to slip a hat or book into it Cons: -Water Bottle holder is pretty dinky, its hard to put anything larger than small bottles in it (you better not have a Nalgene or the large swell) - The glasses holder on the front leaves your sunglasses super vulnerable to scratching (have a huge gash on mine now) -If you opt for the large packing cube on the front you cant fill it anywhere near all the way and put it in the slot on the front of the bag which is truly upsetting -The bag can be really hard to close if it's even a little full it's hard to close -Lacks the zippers you can lock -Stains pretty easily Overall I'd say it's a great daypack/weekend backpack if you travel pretty light. It is probably going to be my daily commuter bag/photography backpack.

These shoes are actually too big for me - I should have ordered a EU 41. How much would a return cost? I had to pay import duties of $30 for Canada so am hesitant to re-order the shoes again, too. Please describe the return/refund process so I can decide what I want to do.

The insole came out the first time I took off the shoe. Every time I wear them back I have to stick it back

You can definitely fit close for a 3 day business trip, but the lack of useful inside pockets, key lanyard and good usable space for pockets makes it a bit tricky to travel with. Better bag for leisure, then work and play.

Finally got the shell bag! Very well made and I have no doubt this will hold up for a long time. A couple design issues I have noticed. Their ad shows magnets for the laptop sleeve to open and close but it’s just a basic velcro strip. Super disappointing when you notice a cool feature in their ads and the actual product just has an awkward velcro strip instead. Bummer. Also they could have soo easily made the laptop sleeve side accessible as you can zip down the side of the bag but the sleeve is totally enclosed and you can only access it from the top. I literally am thinking about cutting it open down the side to make it side accessible. Also, I am tall 6’ 4” and the chest strap was crazy hard to move to the lowest setting for it to sit across my chest correctly and barely works for me. So if my wife uses it, it’s too hard to change the setting of the chest strap on the fly to work for more than one person. Last, the handles on the top and side are crazy tiny! I have skinny fingers and can barely fit my hand through the handles to carry it and when I do my knuckles are pressed up against the bag. Super weird and easily fixed design flaw. That’s all! Excited to try it for a more extended period. Their 4 day express shipping took a full 15 days. 5 business days to create the label, 5 days with the label created but not given to ups yet, then 5 days to actually reach me. Didn’t make it for my trip I was hoping to use it for. I honestly almost returned it because of the price and the few design things that already bug me but I’ll keep it and use it as a durable pack bag. Probably not my everyday backpack though.

Our team decided this due to the benefits the hook and loop feature had on the functionailty of the backpack after a lot of research and responses. This is super useful information for our design team to take into account and improve when considering future versions of the SHELL as well as other backpacks, so thank you again! It's such a shame to hear the bag took longer to arrive than expected, we try to give the most accurate shipping time possible but there are sometimes operational and logistical factors that are out of our control that can adjust the delivery time. I like the shoes. I hope my new models are from better quality than my canyons. After 3 to 5 yays of waring, the fabric tore. Since almost 6 month i was wearing shoes with holes until the soles are done now. I did not contact costumer service, couse back then i never got an answer concerning when i would get my order (which was 4 month late).

The backpack looks and feel really nice with high quality material, but unfortunately I needed to send it back because of two main reasons: 1. The shoulder straps is not good at all as it is stiff and thin which makes it feel heavy. Also, I got shoulder pain after an hour wearing it. 2. The wardrobe itself without packed clothes is unnecessarily too heavy and the back hurts even more when wearing it filled with clothes. Hope these two parts will be fixed soon. If so, I consider buying the shell + wardrobe again in the future.

I needed different sizes, so I try to exchange my first order. I think they forgot it. After a second request (3 month later) everything went fine and a few days later I got my shoes. Sadly the summer ist over and I can first where them next year

I ordered these shoes 6 months ago. I am very understanding of supply chain issues particularly for upstarts that I'd like to see succeed. I cannot rate the quality of these shoes because they have not arrived. Instead, I can offer my opinion on TropicFeel marketing. I receive targeted ads on social media maybe weekly, and this type of survey email for undelivered merchandise is right on cue. On one hand your top of funnel marketing strategy is ostensibly effective. High quality and volume - it's how I discovered the organization. On the other hand, it has the opposite effect at the bottom of the funnel. Out of touch and tactically out of sync.
