I accidentally ordered the wrong size and immediately wrote them an email to stop the order, as it wasn't my size (ordered 37 by mistake, I use 46). It wasn't possible for them to stop it before it was shipped though, so I had to wait until I received the shoes before I could send them back and get my size. Even though I emailed them two minutes after ordering, I still had to pay 10€ to change the size, which is why I'm rating them 3 stars.
The shoes are great by the way, but the return policy is not acceptable I'd say.
