Last year, I purchased two pairs of Geyser Great shoes. When I retrieved them this year in anticipation of the upcoming rainy and cooler season, I was dismayed to discover that the glue on the toe area of both shoes had separated between the sole and the upper. Surprisingly, this issue had not arisen during their previous use last year, and the shoes had been stored under standard conditions in a regular shoe cabinet. I reached out to Tropicfeel support, but received a generic response stating that the warranty does not cover "defects and damage due to normal wear and tear." The shoes in question were arriving last September after significant delays, coinciding with the trip for which I initially ordered them. I began using them from November last year until February this year. Even if I had worn them daily during that period – which I did not – the glue should not have failed after just four months; even inexpensive fast fashion shoes tend to last longer. However, this was not the case. The shoes were in perfect condition when stored away in the spring, and the issue only became apparent when I took them out a few days ago. Clearly, this is not a result of wear and tear from regular use but rather a design flaw or the inferior quality of the adhesive used. I have purchased a total of six pairs of shoes from Tropicfeel thus far. I encountered an issue with my first pair of Canyon shoes, which also broke within a year and were not replaced. At that time, I accepted it, acknowledging that they had endured substantial wear and tear as my primary travel shoes across continents. However, the current situation is entirely different; the Geyser in question was only used in a typical urban environment, not subjected to any excessive strain, and the defect manifested after or during 7 months of non-use. The manufacturing flaw is supported by several online reviews reporting the same problem. In my view, Tropicfeel's response to such issues is unacceptable, especially considering the image it aims to uphold. Subsequently, support ceased responding to my emails, and I did not receive the "Sheet of Claim" document mentioned in the Terms of Service. I am thoroughly disappointed with the entire process and attitude, and I unequivocally will not make future purchases from this company. I strongly advise others against doing so as well.

Awful service if something goes wrong I ordered 2 pairs of shoes for more than $280. After 10 times of wearing the shoes, the soles start to come off and the materials were so bad it started ripping apart. Did not even use the shoes for any hikes, just normal wear. I contact the customer service in the beginning of august 2023. They promise me a discount code for the full amount. I’m happy with the solution and wait patiently for the discount code. The discount code never comes. I reach out to the customer service several times about this and don’t receive any answer. On October 2023, nearly 3 months after my enquiry, they say they can only offer me a 20% discount code as a ‘goodwill gesture’. Absolutely awful customer service. Waiting for several months for you to fulfill your promise, then you completely ignore your own solution and come up with this useless solution as a ‘goodwill gesture’.The products I had before from this company were always good. These shoes were not from a good quality. Tropicfeel refuses to stick to their initial promise and solve this issue. I will never order something from this webshop again.

The strap for luggage support is badly designed, very narrow elastic that is too loose and somewhat useless.. the hive bag keeps tipping over.

I am still waiting for mine to arrive despite waiting for 2 months after their announcement on 27 July 2023 that all the pre-orders have gone out. It is very disappointing. For those who have received less-than-satisfactory products, at least you have the pleasure to be disappointed about and the opportunity to complain about it. All they can tell me is that I will receive my order with some delay.

Less than 2 weeks after I received Tropicfeel Canyon shoes, the "knot stopper" on the shoelaces came out and got lost. I ordered a replacement, which didn't arrive in time. For the following three months, I contacted the customer service for a replacement three more times, they supposedly sent them but I never received anything. Meanwhile, the shoelaces kept breaking down, to the point of not only looking bad, but also making the shoes too loose to wear. Finally I asked for a refund or return, but they never replied. This has been a very frustrating experience and a huge disappointment. Don't buy their products.

Their canyon asphalt and any fo their models using them have serious issues with knot stoppers. After a month and a half, one of the knot stoppers was gone (they go loose and just fall). When the laces come loose the shoe just spreads wide open and is dangerous to walk on. I have been talking to Tropicfeel support for almost two months. Asked them to send me new laces and replacement knot stoppers since they are easily lost. I even offered to pay for them. They tell you that they will send them but it's a lie. They have told me 4 times "it will arrive next week" but nothing arrives and the shoes cannot be used without their specific laces. Poor lace design and poor support

Terrible! He comprado una mochila y al hacer la devolución ha sido procesado un cambio y ya no me permiten hacer la devolución de la mochila. Me han dicho para realizar manualmente y esto me genera un coste de +50€, lo que es un absurdo. La atención al cliente horrible, el producto comprado fue una mochila y me contestan sobre zapatos, con un msj automático, y no me dan más opciones. Total que tendré que quedarme con un producto caro que no me convence o pagar 50€ para hacer una devolución! Me parece un timo. No recomiendo a nadie. Y la mochila no vale el precio que ponen para NADA!

I ordered my shoes before winter 2023 and have only started wearing them for a couple of months, not excessively either. The design is cool and they are relatively comfortable. Now the heel part is ripped. According to the manufacturer, it is not a warranty case. I think it's a shame that quality defects are pushed off to the consumer.

I purchased one of those expensive shoes, and when it arrived, it was dirty and not well sawn. For returning it, they make you pay, and even with that, I'm still waiting for my money one month afterwards.
