I got a wrong article in the first place, went through the exchange & return process and get a wrong article again. This company needs to review their process of dispatching. If you want to purchase a black Nest, Nest 2.0, Hive or Hive 2.0, ask for confirmation or picture of your item before it get shipped.

The rollerbag is actually really small, it doesn't have alot of internal space and definitely cannot get to the capacity they are marketing. Comparing it to my normal carry on bag which is from briggs and riley, i can carry more than double the amount that this bag can fit. They also dint have any internal compressing tools that most carry ons have these days. Im a big fan of this company in general but was really disappointed with this rollerbag. additionally the zippers are awful. They are hard to pull and dont zip easily even if the bag isnt full.

Total scam! The shoes are poor quality—the knots fell apart in the first week, and the laces were also damaged. I’ve sent over 15 emails, and for more than a year, they’ve been promising to send replacement knots and laces "this week." I strongly advise against buying anything from this store!

Appalling customer service. Bag arrived famed with box ripped open. Had pics as delivered. Took weeks and 25+ emails with customer service to get a return and partial refund. They won’t refund the full amount because they need to cover their costs apparently - even though they could claim back from the delivery company They only reply to positive reviews and won’t let me know how to complain or escalate the issue. Won’t order again after this experience- but the bag actually looked cheap and nasty and was completely overpriced so may well be a lucky escape, despite the cost!!

I like the layout of the bag but God is it uncomfortable to wear. I contacted tropicfeel to request a refund however they do not accept returns if you have worn the bag or de-tagged it. This is absolutely ridiculous because how are you supposed to know if you like the bag? Overall I have had a terrible experience and won't be using this brand eve again. Be cautious before buy as it's alot of money to lose!

Terrible shopping experience! Worst ever! After two weeks from when they got my order & money, they still haven’t either shipped my items nor refunded me. After 12 days they claimed the shoes I ordered weren’t in stock, but they still show as ”in stock” on their online shop. Been trying to get in touch with their support countless of times, but they never responds.

Lack of integrity to their return policy and poor communication. Tropicfeel still has almost $950 of my hard-earned money and has had the return in their possession since June 11. They had specified that the “finance department” has received the information to process the refund but that department has yet to respond to me with the email as promised. I sent a small return and the entire process was complete in under two days. Clearly the company wants to use my (return) funds to operate their business (lack of integrity). You have your products, give me back my money alas your policy states you will. All products were brand new (unused) and in original packaging when shipped back two days after receipt of the shipping label (which I had to beg for since their system refused to provide one for me online. BUYER BEWARE! If you value trust, integrity, quality communication and service, keep your money and spend it elsewhere.

I supporter thisncompany since their first crowdfunding campain for shoes. Bought NEST bag in 2022 when they were crowdfunding for it, was delivered at the end lf June 2022. One part broke. First they refused to replace it under waranty, because I bought it over two years ago, igoring that it was delivered half a year later. Then, they yielded but said that the replacement can only be deliver to the original shipping address even though I moved in July 2022 to another city in the same country. Now they want me to pay for the shipping myself and promise to refund me but the shopping cost 25 euros and I suspect they will decline after all. Don't recommend their products, this is the second time the refuse to respect the EU customer law.

First pair didn't fit..exchanged for a smaller size that came with laces broken and missing knot stopper...exchanged and they were out of stock so took the refund
