Terrible! He comprado una mochila y al hacer la devolución ha sido procesado un cambio y ya no me permiten hacer la devolución de la mochila. Me han dicho para realizar manualmente y esto me genera un coste de +50€, lo que es un absurdo. La atención al cliente horrible, el producto comprado fue una mochila y me contestan sobre zapatos, con un msj automático, y no me dan más opciones. Total que tendré que quedarme con un producto caro que no me convence o pagar 50€ para hacer una devolución! Me parece un timo. No recomiendo a nadie. Y la mochila no vale el precio que ponen para NADA!

I ordered my shoes before winter 2023 and have only started wearing them for a couple of months, not excessively either. The design is cool and they are relatively comfortable. Now the heel part is ripped. According to the manufacturer, it is not a warranty case. I think it's a shame that quality defects are pushed off to the consumer.

I purchased one of those expensive shoes, and when it arrived, it was dirty and not well sawn. For returning it, they make you pay, and even with that, I'm still waiting for my money one month afterwards.

Unfortunately, one of the knot stoppers broke the first time I pulled. Customer Service doesn't allow to return the broken shoes and instead forces you to fill out a form to request new knot stoppers. Those will arrive in two weeks, which is too late if you are planning a vacation.

I love the products and think they are fantastic. You get 1 star because the Customer support was the worst I have ever come across. I ordered the Nest Backpack and the 10L cube which fits in the front of the backpack. I loved the backpack. But they sent me the 12L cube which does not fit at the front. Which is fine... Mistakes happen.... Note I ordered the backpack a week and a half in advance to make sure leaving enough time for delivery. The backpack and wrong cube was delivered... I contacted support and they replied asking for pictures a day later. I then sent the info. They then sent me a link to do a exchange another day later. I was never given a order number when I bought the products. I then emailed back... A day later I explained I have 4 days before going away on holiday and I ordered the specific backpack and cube for it. All I needed at this point was my order number. Nothing for 2 days... Then I get a reply with the exact same response and no order number. I then explain again I am going away and I don't have a order number to do the exchange. I then followed up that I need the 10L Cube asap. They made no arrangement to help even after explaining the situation. In fact they ignored all my emails asking for help and instead sent me a link to feedback after I did the exchange. The support was slow, no one actually responded to any of my complaints or my personal situation. There was no care whatsoever. They didn't bother to read my emails carefully. I asked to be in touch with a manager and I got nothing. Most other companies would have offered some level of compensation but not Tropicfeel. Excellent product but they need a new Service manager :)

Ordered the shell backpack and wardrobe. The warehouse shipped me coconut water instead… has been a nightmare to sort out, and finally, with no shipping ETA in sight have requested a refund (TBD if I’ll ever get it). Save yourself the headache and money and don’t roll the dice on being one of the lucky few who actually receive the product/s they order (check out comments on instagram - sounds like a good number of people never receive their orders). Horrible customer service, especially for a product that isn’t cheap to begin with.

I absolutely do not recommend this company, they hide fees everywhere and it's impossible to even return shoes that don't fit without paying fees. The customer service is absolutely terrible and disrespectful and the company policies do not respect our rights as customers. I do not recommend buying anything from this company.

Son maques , pero massa estretes. Tinc l'empeine alt i els cordons m'apreten massa. NO me les puc posar. Aniria millor que els cordons es piguessin posar a la mida necessaria de cadescu.A mi no em van comodes. Hi ha alguna solució?

Ordered a Hive backpack + toiletry + wardrobe: So... Shoulder straps are uncomfortable - very stiff and lacking padding. Hip belt together with the chest strap sit too high in a very weird position (I know I can adjust it and no, it doesn't help). Front open pocket designed for the packing cube has velcro inside so everything I put inside (jacket, hoodie, etc.) is sticking to it. And finally the build quality - it's fine... but fine is not worth the money they ask for it. And company? You offer a free exchange, but a return (via DHL) costs 10€? Come on - sending it officially through the DLH site costs 7€. From your site: "…we will provide a partially paid postage label for your return." Oh, and I forgot to mention the worst customer service...

Lie about a delivery - ordered 25 Apr and delivered 20 May, while it was promised to deliver in 2-3 working days (I even paid extra for that). Customer care doesn't care at all
