“Dear Delma, I had a very poor experience with DHL. I saw that the package was coming when I was on holiday and got confirmation from DhL that they would leave the package by the mail boxes. Despite my multiple requests not to do so, they kept trying to deliver the package in my hands. No email communication nor phone calls from dhl. Only sms I could not reply to. Now I suspect the package is going back to you. Please, help! Giovanni”
