“I pre ordered the Shell Backpack a few years back and it has been the perfect bag, I have put it to use more than 30 times and it's durability is top of the line, though it is pricey I regret nothing. I would recommend that backpack to anyone who is willing to spend the money for a quality bag you have for years and years. I also bought the dune sneakers, sleak design, comfortable, convenient, and over all good quality. The only thing that I dislike about the shoe is that after an extended period of time wearing my feet go numb because of where the lace ends, although that is probably only a problem for me. Great company can't wait to see what they come up with in the future.”

“DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. It has been over a month since I ordered my backpack (not a pre-order). I received an email saying it was shipping shortly and that I would receive another email with the tracking number. I never received that email. I have sent emails asking for updates on my order with no response. When I try the customer service bot it says my order number doesn't exist. And when I ask for a real customer service person it does nothing. I feel like this is a scam and you should not order from them.”
