“The shoes are great. The customer service not so much as my emails go ignored mostly. When I do get a response, they ignore my question/ concerns and just send a copy and paste of a generic response. I have sent 4 emails so far. On the plus side, the person in charge of the Facebook messenger for Tropicfeel tried to be helpful and I really appreciated that.”
