Charlotte and Natalie both great instructors. So friendly and engaging with every child. They make sure every child gets the same treatment even at different swimming levels, which makes you feel more comfortable. Good value for money lessons and I can see my son more engaged each week. My one downside to Cecil Road location is that the changing rooms are rather small and enclosed but not much can be done as its built in. Would recommend Turtle Tots to babies and toddlers to increase their confidence in the water:)

Our little one really enjoys the sessions and we noticed he gets more confident in the water each time.

I have enjoyed very much the classes with Danielle at Turtle tots in nutfield Giffnock, she is an amazing instructor, very caring. She explain every actitivty very clearly and the class run very smoothly. However, the pool at Nutfield is very cold for such a small babies, and also the changing rooms. When I emailed to say that was the reason for us stopping the classes, there was no much of a report back from the managent team and I had also complaint to the gym., they told me they were looking into it but that it has been over 6 moths and nothing has changed.

My son has been learning to swim with turtle tots since he was 6months old he is now 3 and very confident in the water, He’s making progress with learning to swim on his Own. The classes are always fun and engaging and not to large so the children have lots of focus and attention. If could change anything it would be for certificates and badges to be handed out by the teacher at the end of the terms instead of emailing And ask him for these separately. This is just a preference and no reflection on the positive experience we have with turtle tots.

Love swimming lessons and thinking of taking them up again in the summer.

Nice interactive swim class, which was well thought out. No fault of their own but the pool was too cold which is why I stopped attending with my child. Also it’s a shame that we have to purchase the swim badges and print off our own certificates when other swim classes give them out in lessons.

Great way to introduce my little one to swimming. He absolutely loved his classes and meeting the other little ones. Thank you Turtle Tots!

Great classes and my son loves them. One of the downsides and it’s a fairly big one is the communication between the club and members. Myself and my friend both have issues getting in touch with someone, sometimes waiting over a week for a response. The emails tend to go to my junk/spam but regularly it’s 4 or 5 days for a reply which isn’t ideal when you wish to book make up classes (which doesn’t work on the app) or ask anything. Otherwise the classes are brilliant

Suzi is a great teacher. She's so patient with the kids, and especially accomodating of mine who's often more interested in doing her own thing. My child is so confident in the water and it's largely thanks to turtle tots. The lesson progression/learning new skills from term to term seems rather slow is the only downside.

My son is 8 months and Loves Turtle Tots! His teacher Julie is amazing and makes it much easier. We have enrolled for the next term, the facilities for changing etc cleary arent designed for baby swim classes but its manageable. The only negative feedback I have and its not about the actual classes they are great. I have been getting text messages & emails since March 19th to pay for the next term which starts May 4th!! "Pay by 5pm today or your booking will be cancelled" In the current times were in this money pressure really doesnt help!

Myself and my daughter love Turtle Tots. 🐢 I love that the children are not forced into, or under the water. Everything is on the child's term. It's wonderful to see how your baby communicates through body language what they want or don't want to do. My daughter truly loves and feels safe in the water because she trusts in me to listen to her and that is all because of the Turtle Tots policy of understanding how your baby communicates 🐢

The instructor is fantastic and her enthusiasm makes the class. She has really helped us (the parents) learn how to help our 6 month old be comfortable in the water and give us useful tips along the way.

Lovely class with fun songs and props for kids to enjoy being in the water without pressure to do anything. I have seen the kids blossom and get so confident and all be at different levels but all able to enjoy the class. It is the only thing my daughter never resists getting dressed for and she loves every second.

The classes and instructors are great. My child loves them and has grown in confidence. A lot of lessons are cancelled at the last minute by text message and email but there have been times when people have arrived at the swimming pool to find the lesson cancelled. The replacement lessons are usually in the holidays which doesn't suit everybody. Different instructors cover our classes frequently which can confuse my child. The pool is warm and overall we enjoy the lessons and he is learning a skill for life. Just have to keep my phone by my side before every lesson incase it's cancelled.

My Daughter loves the lessons and is certainly growing in water confidence. She has made some lovely friends too. The loyne classes do tend to get cancelled a lot which I understand can't be helped. However, the catch up classes always seem to be in half term when most parents like Myself have holidays or things planned so it's not beneficial and we still end up losing out. A refund would be much preferred. Also more photos and videos would be great. These are extremely precious times and to be able to share with family is vital. We can't thank Becki enough for being a very gentle and encouraging instructor. She always makes lessons fun and works on encouragement when my daughter isn't always keen on a certain activity eg jumping in. I hope she remains at Turtle Tots for the duration of our time there.

I think the classes are beneficial to my daughter and she has begun to kick her arms and legs at two years old however compared to other swim classes they are quite expensive. For the price there are too many cancellations. These classes are often replaced in half-term when people have plans so they are still losing out if they can't make other classes due to work. There are also too many inconsistencies and this is shown when there are cover staff the classes vary so much. Some classes have lots of pictures taken of the children but the classke I attend has had 2 pictures in the past 2 years so I have nothing to show family who ask how swimming is coming along.
