“The swim instructor was great, but unfortunately she was the only positive thing about the experience. The facilities at Corsham First Step Gym are awful (very hard to change baby and self safely). When I requested a refund due to myself having PND and my baby’s naps no longer fitting with the timings of the lessons, I was refused as I was “holding a place in a class that was fully booked”. Overall, incredibly disappointing for a class that is supposed to cater to babies, children and their parents.”

“Our experience of Turtle Tots was great at the start, however it is clear they are only interested in obtaining your money and pretty much all contact stops. I've send numerous chasing emails and texts and heard nothing back.”

“Really disappointed with customer services and I’m sorry I didn’t read the bad reviews on this before booking my child in. My 4 year old was really enjoying the swimming and we came back, unfortunately week 2 wasn’t on and we weren’t notified at all.”

“Emma was fantastic 5/5. Turtle Tots as a business not so great. The only reason that I have left Turtle Tots is because our class time, location and teacher was changed without even asking if that would work for us and there was no attempt to offer better alternatives or keep us as clients when I said I was going to leave. I am now paying another company to go to the same location at a more suitable time for my daughters swimming lessons and Turtle Tots has lost a client when "we rely heavily on parents and carers recommending our lessons to others, and this is more important than ever at the moment".”
