“2 weeks after placing an order for 3 fabrics i received an email to say one was out of stock. apparently they had sent an email previously but but I didn’t receive it. when i complained about accepting the order when the fabric was out of stock and the impact it would have on my project the reply i received was very poor”

Hi Suzanne, First of all can I apologise again for the fabric being out of stock, and the delay that this has caused you. I can see from our email logs that my colleague did email you about this as soon as we discovered the fabric was out of stock. I'm sorry to hear you were disappointed with our response. You asked us to pay you the difference between our fabric and a competitor's fabric - I'm afraid we cannot do that. We did refund the missing fabric as soon as your requested it though. Otherwise, you confirmed you wanted the other fabrics on Tuesday evening, and my colleague arranged the shipment on Wednesday morning; so I do think she's acted quickly to try and resolve this for you. Hi Monica, This review is related to the sample you ordered of this fabric, which your other review indicates that you have received? You ordered the 12 metres of fabric on Friday 18th April; with the Easter Bank Holiday, it was not dispatched until Tuesday 22nd of April. It is currently showing as due for delivery tomorrow (Saturday 26th). If it does not arrive, please let us know.

I'm sorry that you've not received your fabric yet. Unfortunately all of the 3-5 day orders we sent on April 14th were lost by the courier. Due to the Easter Bank Holidays, we only became aware of this problem on April 22nd, and we have spent the last 3 days trying to assist our courier in locating our missing parcels. Last night your parcel received a scan and was handed over to Royal Mail, so it should be with you in the next couple of days. Please accept our apologies for this, and for the delay it has caused. Hi James, I'm sorry that you've not received your fabric yet. You placed your order on April 12th; and unfortunately all of the 3-5 day orders we sent on April 14th have been lost by the courier. Due to the Easter Bank Holidays, we only became aware of this problem on April 22nd, and we have spent the last 3 days trying to assist our courier in locating our missing parcels. As of yet they have not been located; and should we hear nothing tomorrow morning (April 25th); we will be dispatching replacements which should be delivered early next week. Please accept our apologies for this, and for the delay it has caused. Unfotunately it has affected a large number of our customers, and will be very expensive for us to rectify; so we did want to attempt to locate them first. My colleague did reply to the email you sent earlier this afternoon 2 hours ago; if you have not received the reply, please check any spam or junk folders in your email inbox. Otherwise, please rest assured that either the original or the replacement will be on it's way tomorrow (April 25th). If you would prefer to cancel and have the order refunded.
