“Ordered fabric, arrived about 6 days later. Unfortuntely was not the fabric I ordered. I emailed the company (could not find a phone number). Received a prompt email response asking for a photograph of the fabric I had received. Sent that in and next day got another email sapologising and saying the correct fabric had now been sent. No request to return the incorrect fabric. Mistakes happen. Was happy with the response and timeframe.”
